What is man to do to God ? EXPLANATIONS. Man's chief end, The principal design for which man was made, and which he ought constantly and chiefly to seek after. To ylorify God, To become acquainted with, to exhibit in his life, and to declare unto others, the perfections of God. Enjny him, To derive all his comfort and happiness from the conscious possession of God's favour and lore. PARAPHRASE Formed.
