As a personal avenue for sharing Light and Love I have worked as a practicing Psychologist for over 20 years. A lot of this has been working in schools and in private and public settings. During my helping work-life I have continuously researched to find the tool that allows the client to release their "issues" and transform towards their intention easily and effortlessly. That is to find techniques based on orthodox Psychological as well as effective, but less traditional methods for healing and help. I have discovered that Sound is one of the finest soothing and non-judgemental means to achieve transformation on all levels, beyond what traditional Psychology can offer.
I initially studied Sound Therapy using the Sharry Edwards method of Voice Analysis. Here, the voice is seen as a holographic representation of how the body is on a physical and emotional level. It is analysed with a computer program and then specific frequencies are recommended to heal specific areas in the body. A low frequency sound from a "Tone Box" was used to create the sound.
I then learned the healing arts of Crystal Sound with Awahoshi - world renowned Crystal Sound Healer and exponent. I combine the Pure Tones of Bowls made of Pure Crystal with my knowledge of sound therapy and voice analysis, and especially my psychological training to create an effective transformational repertoire for personal change.
I am now also using the beautiful movements and mudras of Dru Yoga to enhance the benefits of the Crystal Bowl Sound Therapy. These are effective energy block release techniques that work on specific emotions and issues. They are an excellent reinforcement of the Crystal Sound Healing that can be practiced in your own home between Healing sessions.
