Author Alanna Moore has been practising, writing about and teaching geomancy since 1983, and helped to found the New South Wales Dowsing Society in 1984.
Originally a compilation of articles and items taken from Dowsing News and Earth Spirit Quarterly magazines, that were produced by Alanna Moore in the 1980s, it was published in 1994 as a 41 page A4 photocopied booklet. Ten years later it has been fully revised, updated and greatly added to and includes over 40 photos and illustrations. Many of the best articles from the 25 issues of Geomantica have been incorporated, with many of them revised and expanded. The result covers epic vistas from diverse viewpoints.
