I was recommended Letting Go of Anxiety in tape form by my psychiatrist and it quickly became a staple in my life. Now 10 years and many meditation courses and CD's later, I still keep coming back to this one but have decided to update to CD. Sarah Edelman uses the best of clinical psychology and relaxation techniques that I have come to rely on to bring me back to a place of peace. I have recommended it many people and will continue to do so. Alison.
