Vocal Harmonic Resonances and Crystal Bowl Meditations with Jayavinda & Camilla & Friends
This CD is inspired, non-premeditated tones. It is a combination of the Crystal Bowls with the beautiful voice of Jayavinda singing harmonic resonances (throat singing). Again, it is a non-melodious series of tones that takes the listener into a deep state of relaxation, where clarity and inner peace can be achieved.
Harmonic resonance has been used as a healing too for millennia. It is a unique way of using the voice to produce two or more tones at the same time.
There are 2 tracks on this CD each of 30 minutes duration:
1. All is well - This track came from our experiences when playing the Crystal Bowls and creating the Harmonic Resonances within the hospital setting. The intention was to bring about inner healing through deep relaxation. The track begins with a thunderstorm on the slopes of Wollumbin (Mt Warning in Northern NSW, Australia) and resolves beautifully into the sounds of birds in the rainforest.
2. The Light is Within - this track is the harmonious counterpart to "All is Well" - the understanding that the Divinity is internal as well as external. Often we focus on gaining happiness in external pursuits - whereas all peace, love and happiness comes from within. Inner peace creates outer peace. Throughout this track the sound of a beating heart is heard beneath the glorious resonances of the Crystal Bowls and the Harmonic Toning.
