Most women desire to get their shape back following pregnancy, but often find one major roadblock - time. If you fall into that category, Shiva Rea's MAMA & BABY YOGA is the program for you. For starters, these workouts can be performed with your baby, thus allowing you to tend to your baby (3-6 months) and bond with them while you work out. Secondly, each module is 20 minutes in length, allowing you to pack a lot of toning punch into a short window.

The first set, "Mother's Body Toning," focuses on floor work and stretching to provide a toned tummy. Next, "Rising Up" utilizes standing poses designed to burn calories and strengthen muscles. Finally, "Mother's Core Practice" focuses on taming your midsection. A bonus downloadable session - "Daily De-Stressers," is included in the package. Running time: 60 minutes.

Shive Rea, M.A., is a leading teacher of prana vinyasa flow yoga and yoga trance dance worldwide.
