Stressful living and unexpressed emotions can effect our ability to live joyfully and relate to others. Osho Active Meditations are scientifically designed to effectively release these tensions which block the natural flow of energies in our bodies, allowing us to become more peaceful and relaxed
Kundalini is one of Osho's most popular and potent meditation techniques. It involves shaking, dancing, sitting silently and relaxing.
1.First stage: 15 minutes
Be loose and let your whole body shake, feeling the energies moving up from your feet. Let go everywhere and become the shaking. Your eyes may be open or closed.
2.Second stage: 15 minutes
Dance...any way you feel, and let the whole body move as it wishes.
3.Third stage: 15 minutes
Close your eyes and be still, sitting or standing...witnessing whatever is happening inside and out.
4.Fourth stage: 15 minutes
Keeping your eyes closed, lie down and be still.. Music is by Deuter.

About the Author
Deuter is the seminal New Age musician, active for over 30 years! Also a Reiki practitioner, Deuter lives and works in the mountains of Santa Fe, NM, creating the contemplative, healing music he has become renowned for. Through feeling, awareness and experience, and constantly inspired by the natural world around him, he creates music that transports the listener to a space of peacefulness and wellbeing. He continues to earn and master an ever-expanding array of instruments including the drums, shakuhachi, cello, koto, sitar, Tibetan singing bowls, santoor, buzuki, and keyboards.
Deuter was one of the first artists on the Celestial Harmonies Kuckuck label with thirteen titles, as well as the musical score of a picture poem released on the MonteVideo label. These recordings offer his unique uplifting melodies played on flute, guitar and synthesizer, blended with the sounds of nature. His creations incorporate a lightness of spirit, a depth of vision and a musical medley of East and West.
Deuter himself is a product of both East and West, born in 1945, in a small village of post-war Germany. As a child, he learned flute and taught himself guitar and harmonica. Together, these Kuckuck releases represent the first twenty-one years of Deuter's exceptional music, a spectrum of radiant outpourings and quiet meditations.
