Quiet Time (CD)

This CD is designed especially for young children aged 5 to 10 years of age.
Many parents who meditate have stated how wonderful it is that the kids can join in their "time out" break. It has been found highly beneficial for children who have problems sleeping, stress at school,lack of concentration/hyperactivity etc. It has been reviewed by GPs & child psychologists and was favourably received.
The first section takes the child through a simple muscle relaxing exercise. Then we proceed to visualization exercises to boost their self-esteem and improve their learning capacity.
