K. Michael McCLain-Morrison was born and raised in/around New Marshfield, Ohio. As a child he watched his great-grandmother, grandmother(s), mother and stepmother cook for the family. Over the years, the family recipes were passed down to Michael to compile and preserve. Some simple, some complex, but through it all one thing remained: food cooked with love and care was always achieved and enjoyed by the family and their guests.
