aOur Father, who is in Heavena is the opening line of the most famous prayer of all time. Christians of every denomination have memorized and repeated this prayer for 2,000 years. But do we really believe it? Do we even know what it means? If God really is our Father, then that changes everything. We no longer have to live in fear of God as an angry judge who is ready to condemn us for our sins. If God is really our Father, then we can know that what He wants most is to love us, even when we least deserve it. Some of the most important truths are learned in the most unlikely places. This is the story of what my two-year-old taught me about grace.
