Enjoy an hour long yoga class with Louise at the Sandhills on Morton Island in Queensland. There are bonus tracks which we think you'll enjoy. One is a movement meditation of MUDRAS which gives you at the same time, delightful hand, arm and upper body mobility practices whilst tuning you into the calming, centering and philosophical aspects of yoga. There are 10 mudras, named and taught, then practiced with the breath and finally enjoyed with affirmations.
