Mira Mee

Mira Mee is the Antipodean answer to Dr Seuss and Roald Dahl. Her children's books "The Snot Goblin" and "The Snotgoblin and Fluff" are about a naughty and slightly gross snotgoblin called Snot. Mee, like many writers, has had a varied career working at everything from nannying to street performing to pony grooming. She also has a Degree in Life Sciences (so really does know all about snot) and has won a few awards for her science writing and her fiction writing. Mee's list of publications includes such titles as "The Listener", "Commontatta" and "National Geographic Channel". Although she has created some zany characters as well as some pretty scary ones the Snotgoblins are definitely her favourite creations to date. "They make me laugh" says Mira "and I hope they'll do the same for you." Mee is currently based in Sydney, Australia. She is now working on the third book in "The Snot Goblin" series.
