Noa Belling is an experienced yoga practitioner, teacher and author of the international best seller The Yoga Handbook. She also holds a Masters degree in Somatic Psychology, which is an approach to psychology specialising in the mind-body relationship. Noa's work revolves around the cultivation of health and well-being, integrating Eastern and Western perspectives.
Noa Belling is currently engaged in trauma relief work in Israel, including teaching TARA Approach self-care. In addition to her MA in Psychology, Noa is a dance/movement therapist and a Yoga teacher. She has written two books on Yoga and has performed internationally as a dancer. Noa is dedicated to ending the lineage of shock and trauma worldwide.
