Dr Sarah Edelman started her career as a high school teacher, but is now a university lecturer, trainer and psychologist on Cognitive Behaviour Therapy with a private practice in Sydney, Australia. Sarah teaches people to use CBT as a self-help tool at the Centre for Continuing Education at the University of Sydney and conducts workshops for mental health practitioners, teachers and employees in industry. Sarah worked for many years as a research psychologist at the University of Technology in Sydney. She is a frequent guest on ABC radio, and has contributed articles on CBT and popular psychology topics in professional mainstream journals. Sarah has produced five CD's to assist people with sleep, relaxation, managing stress and anxiety, and they are highly recommended by health professionals, along with her two very popular books, "Change Your Thinking" and "Taking Charge - A Guide To Teenagers".
