About the Artists
Based in Victoria Australia, Sacred Earth is the creation of Jethro & Prem Williams. For the last 9 years Jethro and Prem have been traveling the world, performing live the music of Sacred Earth. Prem shares with us her heart felt devotion for Spirit and our precious Mother Earth through mantra and songs from the heart and is supported by multi instrumentalist and husband Jethro, playing an array of instruments from around the world including Shakuhachi (Japanese flute), Indian Bansuri, Irish Tin & Low whistles, Acoustic Guitar and songs from the heart
Their music is used extensively throughout the world in the massage, yoga, mediation, healing, spa & film industries to evoke a feeling of well-being, peace, and ambience. In 2003 Sacred Earth began touring Australia wide, offering sacred music concerts. In this short time they have been embraced by the Australian Community and now often play to sold out concerts around Australia. Their music is awe inspiring, uplifting and takes the listener on a deep inner journey. The stillness that is discovered during their concert performance is profound. Often moving listeners to tears by the shear beauty of the music.
Over the past 8 years. they have recorded 6 superb albums selling over 90,000 copies in this time. All of their albums have received rave reviews in a myriad of publications including 'Women's Day', 'Australian Yoga Life', 'Wellbeing Magazine', 'Living Now', 'The Art of Healing', 'Nature & Health', 'Music & Wellness-Italy' and more.....
Jethro plays an array of instruments including, Indian Bansuri (bamboo flute), Japanese Shakuhatchi (Flute), Irish tin and low whistles, Native American Flute, Acoustic Guitar, percussion & occasionally we get to hear his beautiful soulful voice
Prem came upon the music industry, 14 years ago, almost by mistake. She had spent many years in the festival/folk scene with drum and guitar in hand, having a ball but lacking inner contentment. One day while alone at home she started to sing.
