Making Your Purchase

4. Click "Update Basket" (the quantity and total will automatically update)
5. Click "Continue Shopping" or "Proceed To Checkout" and complete your details and address for your secure order processing.

Credit Card Payment Processing (Australia)
Credit card payments are only processed when your order is ready to post. If only part of your order is posted then only the appropriate amount is processed. The balance of your order is processed when the other items in your order are ready for posting.

Post Charges (Australia Only)
CDs: To simplify the process we have a set post fee for CDs of $5.00 per order. Therefore 1 or more CDs incur the single freight charge.
Books: We have a set fee per order of $7.00 for 1 book or more.
NB: Some books are large and heavy in weight and HolisticPage reserve the right in these cases to charge $8 - $10.00 an order.

Shipping and Delivery Times
Most items are shipped within a 3 - 10 working days of recieving your order. If any delays occur HolisticPage will contact you by email or telephone. (please ensure your phone number is on your order form so we can do this) If you order on-line, you will receive an immediate email acknowledgement of your order.

Express post is shipping time only. (not item availability) Additional costs usually apply.

International Post Delivery
International delivery times vary. Delays may occur in receiving items due to stock being unavailable. This may be caused by short supply or reprints. We also do not carry all items on our website.

Packaging
HolisticPage takes great care and pride in our packaging. All items are packaged as best as possible to reduce any possible damage.

Gift Wrapping
HolisticPage provides a gift wrapping service for books and CDs. Please request this service when completing your details in the shopping cart and notify us in the message box. If your gift is to be sent direct to a third party please include their name and address and make a comment not to include the receipted invoice.

Receipts and Invoices
HolisticPage encloses your receipted GST invoice with each order.

Privacy Policy
HolisticPage respects your privacy and your personal information is confidential. We do not sell, rent or exchange our customer's details or email addresses with any third parties. (unless the law requests us to do so)

Item Warranty
Any item found to be defective when received or incorrect, may be returned within 14 days and a replacement will be forwarded without delay (depending on stock being available).

Order Change
Orders may be changed within 24 hours of your order. We do not accept item returns for "Change Of Mind" or incorrect orders.

Cancellations
Notification of item cancellations must be provided to HolisticPage within 24 hours of an order placed and or prior to shipping.

Refund/Return Items Policy
HolisticPage does not provide refunds or returns unless the following occurs. HolisticPage refunds/returns policy on items are classified as following:

- "Damaged in Transit"
- "Incorrectly Shipped"
- "Lost Item(s)"
- "Faulty Item(s)"

Damaged in Transit
If you receive an item which appears to have been “Damaged in Transit” please take the following steps:

- Notify HolisticPage Customer Service Team immediately (Ph: +612 4959 9097)
- Ensure all items are packaged securely, (for return shipping) and
- Place your name, telephone number and address along with the item(s) you are returning.

Incorrectly Shipped
HolisticPage will replace at no charge any incorrect shipped items. Ensure all items are packaged securely and return them to HolisticPage, with your invoice order number on the address label. Place your name, telephone number and address along with the item(s) you are returning.

Lost Items
Please contact HolisticPage to confirm shipping dates and order details.

Faulty Items
HolisticPage will replace at no charge all faulty items. When returning to HolisticPage please ensure all items are packaged securely. Ensure all items are packaged securely and return them, with your order number on the address label. Please note your name, telephone number and address on a note with the item(s) you are returning.
