What security has he, if he does not get paid ? Does his security extend to books sent to the hirer on approval, to a piano lent to him ? 4. Has he also a claim against the student's father ? 4 a2. Is the contract effectual if the student is still under age ? 5. Can the hirer, having been called away during the session, sub-let the apartments to another? 6.
