Any item found to be defective when received or incorrect, may be returned within 14 days and a replacement will be forwarded.

Making Your Purchase

3. Adjust your quantity (in the number box)
4. Click "Update Basket" (the quantity and total will automatically update)
5. Click "Continue Shopping" or "Proceed To Checkout" and complete your details and address for your secure order processing.

International Shipping by UPS
Your order will be sent by UPS Express 3 Day Service.
The delivery time applies to most countries with minor exceptions.
This is a 3 day delivery service from despatch date (NOT date of your order).
You are provided with full on-line tracking.
A signature for delivery is required therefore delivery cannot be made to PO Boxes.
Please provide a telephone number.
We recommend you provide an address where receipt of delivery can be during business hours such as a home or business address.
International Tracking and Insurance
On despatch an email is sent to the purchaser confirming despatch. An on-line tracking link is provided allowing simple tracking of each package.

HolisticPage takes great care and pride in our packaging. All items are packaged as best as possible to reduce any possible damage.
HolisticPage provides a gift wrapping service for books and CDs. Please request this service when completing your details in the shopping cart and notify us in the message box. If your gift is to be sent direct to a third party please include their name and address and make a comment not to include the receipted invoice.
Receipts and Invoices
HolisticPage encloses your receipted invoice with each order.
HolisticPage respects your privacy and your personal information is confidential. We do not sell, rent or exchange our customer's details or email addresses with any third parties. (unless the law requests us to do so)

Damaged in Transit
If you receive an item which appears to have been “Damaged in Transit” please take the following steps:

- Ensure all items are packaged securely, (for return shipping) and
- Place your name, telephone number and address along with the item(s) you are returning.
HolisticPage will replace at no charge any incorrect shipped items. Ensure all items are packaged securely and return them to HolisticPage, with your invoice order number on the address label. Place your name, telephone number and address along with the item(s) you are returning.
