Juliet Pegrum is a mother and an experienced yoga practitioner who lives and works in New York. In 1984 she began practicing Hatha, Iyengar and Sivananda yoga, and in 1994 met Master Shri Pattabhi Jois in Mysore, south India, where she was introduced to the Ashtanga system, which he founded. She has taught and demonstrated yoga in Jaipur, India and Santiago, Chile, and is the author of Ageless Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga and Hatha Yoga, all published by CICO Books.
